Robert Gagliasso is president CEO of Bustamante O'Hara Gagliasso with nearly 20 years of experience in complex construction litigation as well as other construction related matters including contract, real estate and business litigation. Rob provides general counsel, risk management and contract formation services to various developers and general contractors throughout California. He has negotiated numerous multi-million dollar settlements and has tried cases in Northern California and Nevada. Education:
